Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to bind it. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

Lavin Reply reads direct messages and post comments from the Facebook and Instagram accounts you connect, matches them against reply rules you write, and sends replies on behalf of those accounts. It acts on your instructions — you decide which accounts are connected, which rules exist, and what those rules say.

New accounts are not active immediately. An administrator reviews and approves each account before it can be used, and we may decline an account without giving a reason.

• You must have the right to administer every Page or Instagram account you connect.
• You are responsible for what your reply rules send. Replies are published in your name, not ours.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for what your invited team members do.
• You must give the people who message you accurate information, including telling them they are talking to an automated system where the law requires it.

Using Lavin Reply does not exempt you from Meta's rules. Your use of the connected accounts remains subject to Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards and messaging policies, including the limits on when a business may message a person. Lavin Reply enforces the messaging window and applies sending limits, but you remain responsible for complying with the platform. Meta may restrict or remove your accounts independently of us.

You may not use Lavin Reply to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, or message people outside the window the platform allows.
• Send content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that impersonates another person or business.
• Circumvent rate limits, deduplication, or any other safeguard in the service.
• Collect personal data from the people who contact you for a purpose you have not disclosed to them.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Lavin Reply depends on Meta's APIs, and replies may be delayed or fail when those APIs are unavailable, rate limited, or changed. We are not liable for messages that are not delivered, for replies sent by a rule you configured, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You can stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your Pages and asking us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts our access to Meta's platform at risk, or that we are required to act on by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

These terms may change. We will update the date at the top and notify account holders by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

If you use Lavin Reply as a consumer rather than in the course of a business, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you habitually reside.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
