Delete your Lavin Reply data

Lavin Reply is a product of AllSaferAI OÜ, registry code 17591726, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Tallinn 10115, Estonia. This page explains how to delete the data Lavin Reply holds, including data we received from Facebook and Instagram. It is free and open to anyone — you do not need an account to read it or to make a request.

Option 1 — disconnect the Page (fastest, immediate)

Sign in to Lavin Reply, open Settings → Connected Pages, and choose Disconnect on the Page you want removed.

The moment you disconnect:

  • The Page and Instagram access tokens are deleted immediately.
  • We stop receiving any further messages or comments from that Page.
  • All message and comment content we hold for that Page is deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — remove the app from Facebook or Instagram

You can revoke our access from Meta's own settings, without signing in to Lavin Reply:

  • Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → find Lavin Reply → Remove
  • Instagram: Settings → Website Permissions → Apps and Websites → find Lavin Reply → Remove

This immediately invalidates our access tokens. We then delete the associated data within 30 days.

Option 3 — delete everything, by email

To delete your whole Lavin Reply account and all data associated with it, email privacy@allsaferai.com from the address on your account, with the subject line "Data deletion request".

Tell us the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account concerned so we can find the records.

What happens next

  1. We confirm we received your request within 5 business days.
  2. We verify you control the account or the Page.
  3. We complete the deletion within 30 days and email you to confirm.

What we delete

Your Lavin Reply account and team seats; all Page and Instagram access tokens; all message and comment content received from Meta, including the sender's platform ID and display name; your automation rules and keyword lists; your reply log; and your cookie and analytics identifiers.

What we must keep, and why

Billing and invoice records only. Estonian accounting law requires us to keep these for 7 years. They contain your company name, the amount and the date — never any Meta Platform Data and never any message content. They are kept locked down and used only for accounting, tax and audit.

About the people who messaged your Page

If someone sent a message or comment to a Page you connected, and they want their data removed from Lavin Reply, they can email privacy@allsaferai.com and we will delete it. They do not need a Lavin Reply account. Note that we hold only a copy — deleting it here does not delete the original conversation in the Page owner's Meta inbox, which the Page owner controls.
